Each tasting session highlights the unique characteristics of the wines, with the Chenin Blanc showcasing vibrant citrus flavors complemented by chamomile aromas, while the Cinsaut features a velvety texture with red fruit notes. The Shiraz entices with deep purple hues and complex flavors of dark fruit and spices. Guests can enjoy tastings by appointment on Saturdays, typically led by Pieter du Toit, who shares insights into the winemaking process and the philosophy behind each bottle.
