The winery operates under the motto 'Made on Honour' and ensures a hands-off approach, allowing the grapes to express their natural character fully. The Brandvlei dam, built in 1908 by local farmers, secures a consistent water supply for irrigation, ensuring the vineyards thrive in the challenging environment.
