This picturesque estate benefits from an exceptional terroir, composed of well-draining granite soil complemented by clay that retains moisture. The region also benefits from a cooling sea breeze that enhances the flavor profiles of the wines produced here. Yonder Hill has its roots in a profound family history. Established in 2003, the vineyards date back nearly three decades and have been cultivated under the stewardship of the Naudé family. Their commitment to quality and passion for winemaking has led to the production of award-winning intense red wines, primarily crafted for great depth and character. The panoramic views from the estate stretch across False Bay all the way to the iconic Table Mountain, providing a serene backdrop for both guests and winemaking operations.
